Appeal process
누가 신청할 수 있는가
평가를 받은 언론사의 법적 대표자 또는 위임받은 사람이 평가 주기마다 한 번 신청할 수 있습니다.
절차와 기한
- 아래 양식으로 신청하면 접수 번호가 발급됩니다.
- 영업일 5일 안에 접수를 확인하고, 30일 안에 결정합니다.
- 심사 중에는 해당 평가에 "이의 신청 심사 중" 표시가 붙고, 고객 서비스에도 같은 안내가 표시됩니다.
- 결정과 그 요지는 해당 언론사 페이지에 공개합니다.
- 자문위원회 재심은 위원회가 구성된 뒤에 제공됩니다. 그때까지는 설립자의 결정이 해당 주기의 최종 결정입니다.
Who may appeal
The legal representative of a rated outlet, or a person the outlet delegates, may file one appeal per rating cycle.
Steps and timeline
- File with the form below. You receive a reference number.
- We acknowledge within 5 business days and decide within 30 days.
- While an appeal is open, the rating is marked "under appeal" here and in customer products.
- The decision and a short reason are published on the outlet's page.
- A second review by the advisory panel will be available once the panel is formed. Until then, the founder's decision is final for that cycle.
